With the adoption of AB 341, the state of California now requires commercial enterprises and public entities that generate four or more cubic yards per week of waste, and multi-family housing facilities with five or more units, to adopt recycling practices. Effective July, 2012. While AB341 may require some new actions on your part, rest assured Waste Management can help your business stay in compliance.

If you haven’t already set up recycling at your business ahead of the July, 2012 deadline, you may be out of compliance!  Contact Waste Management  by emailing askgreen@wm.com to set up your recycling account today.

Waste Management provides industrial customers with roll-off services for 10 cubic yard to 40 cubic yard bins as well as specialized compactors. Roll-off bins can be utilized for trash or recycling services, such as for construction and demolition (C&D) projects, construction debris or other dumpster service.
